My dad is a huge Louis L'Amour fan and a bookshelf deeaditcd to only his books. I've never actually read any of L'Amour's books, sad to say. I'm not sure why, really. I really enjoy Preston and Child's series. I have only read three books so far, and each one of them was good. I don't recommend the movie, The Relic though. I've got my eye on The Maze. I know that when you bake cakes, you can replace some or all of the oil with apesclaupe (replace one cup of oil with one cup apesclaupe). This cuts out must or all of the fat. What I like to do, if it calls for, say one cup of oil is to use a half cup of apesclaupe and a half cup of melted butter. Cakes turn out very moist and buttery that way with half the fat.

I want to be tone but I have a crazy work and school schedule plus I have a young child. Please give me exercises that I can do from home that will cause me to see the same results of a gym.
